While I love being in the field with clients—learning what’s important in their world and relaying their needs back to dev teams—quantifying these discussions for everyone can be a big challenge.
To deepen my understanding of customer success and client relationships in aerospace and defense, I’m currently working on earning my CCSM (Certified Customer Success Manager) certification.
This journey is providing invaluable tools to better support clients, advocate for their needs, and align them with strategic goals—a critical skill set in industries where collaboration and trust are paramount.
